How to Submit a Report
For any issues related to the accessibility of the website/app, as well as to request clarifications or provide suggestions for improvements to the website, users may contact us at the following email address:

We are committed to handling received reports within 30 business days.
The report must include the following information:
- first and last name and email address of the person submitting the report;
- URL of the web page and/or the app functionality where the accessibility issue was encountered;
- a clear and concise description of the issue identified;
- tools used for navigation (smartphone, desktop PC, tablet, laptop);
- operating system (e.g. Windows, Linux, macOS) and browser used (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera);
- assistive technologies used.
