Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

  • 9.1.2.3 – Audio Description or Media Alternative (Prerecorded): For some pre-recorded multimedia, an alternative or audio description is not provided;
  • 9.1.3.1 – Info and Relationships: In some cases, information, structure or correlations conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available through text);
  • 9.1.3.2 – Meaningful Sequence: In some cases meaning is only visual and non-structural;
  • 9.1.3.5 – Identify Input Purpose: The purpose of certain input fields that accept specific data is not communicated correctly to the a.t. or has not been implemented correctly;
  • 9.1.4.1 – Use of Color: In some cases, color alone has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish an information or function;
