Public & Private
Ensures, in coordination with the relevant TIM Functions, support for the development of the product and service portfolio for private customers and public administrations, specialist support in proposing security solutions, and coordination of the design of technical solutions, also in collaboration with the subsidiary QTI. The Function also ensures oversight of the sales process for the Intercompany market.

Customer Delivery & Security Operations
Ensures, in coordination with the relevant TIM Functions, the overall coordination of post-sales project activities and the delivery of portfolio solutions, as well as technical support to customers. The Function also ensures the provision of ICT risk management services and managed security services offered to the market, as well as the delivery of Information Technology services for the company.

Administration & Control
Ensures, in coordination with the relevant TIM Functions, the management of administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, tax compliance, financial activities, planning, management control, and reporting. The Function also ensures the economic and financial evaluation of new business initiatives.

Governance
Ensures, in coordination with the relevant TIM Functions, market analysis and the assessment of technological evolution scenarios, commercial planning, and the definition of incentive plans. The Function also ensures support for inorganic operations, as well as the management of external relations and representation of Telsy’s position with Institutional Bodies. Finally, the Function ensures process re-engineering and oversight of procurement processes for “classified” products and services.

Government & Defence
Ensures, for the Defence and National Security market and for international markets, the evolution of offerings and the development of the product and service portfolio, as well as design and commercialization, also in coordination with the subsidiary QTI. The Function also ensures, for the government and joint-forces market, specialist support to TIM’s Central & Local Government Market Function in proposing security solutions, coordinating the design of technical solutions.

Threat Intelligence & Response
Ensures the delivery of Threat Intelligence services, including the analysis and verification of information on cyber threats, as well as the management and coordination of responses to cybersecurity incidents, also in coordination with the relevant TIM Functions. The Function also supports the evolution of cybersecurity services and products developed by the relevant company Functions, contributing technical, tactical, and operational information.

Engineering
Ensures, in coordination with the relevant TIM Functions, end-to-end oversight of the industrial and technological lifecycle of crypto and cyber solutions in the portfolio, from design to production through to testing and deployment, including in-house development of hardware and software components where required. The Function also ensures research and development activities in cryptographic and cyber domains, including through coordination with Universities and Research Institutes and participation in national and European funded programs.

Security & Compliance
Ensures oversight of processes related to physical and logical security, Business Continuity, fraud prevention and detection, and regulatory compliance. It also guarantees the evolution of the security architecture, oversight of compliance and privacy processes, and support for audit processes. The Function also ensures the company’s legal protection and oversight of corporate compliance requirements.

Human Resources
Ensures, in coordination with the relevant TIM Functions, the implementation of policies related to recruiting, people management, development, training, rewarding, and welfare. The Function also ensures oversight of worker prevention, safety and health, labor relations, organizational implementation, and personnel administration, with the support of the relevant TIM Functions. It also ensures demand management toward TIM for real estate and facility management processes.
