Ensures, in liaison with the competent Functions of TIM, the analysis of the market and technological evolution scenarios as well as, for the government market, the evolution of the offer and the development of the portfolio of products and services, as well as communication initiatives aimed at enhancing the brand, in liaison with the Brand Strategy, Media & Multimedia Entertainment Function of TIM.

Customer Delivery & Security Operations
It ensures, in conjunction with the relevant TIM Functions, the coordination of projects and the related implementation of cryptography and cybersecurity solutions, as well as after-sales technical support and customer service. In addition, the Function ensures the provision of ICT risk management and managed security services offered to the market. Finally, in conjunction with the competent Functions of TIM, the Function ensures the oversight of purchasing and quality management processes.

Administration & Control
It ensures, in conjunction with the relevant Functions of TIM, the management of administrative-accounting and budgeting processes, tax compliance as well as financial activities, planning, management control and reporting. The Function also ensures the economic-financial evaluation of new business initiatives.

Government Sales & Technical Presales
Ensures, in liaison with the competent Functions of TIM, the specialized commercial and technical support to the Sales Functions of TIM in the pre-sales phase, in support of the commercial action in the definition of the encryption and cybersecurity offering. The Function also ensures, for the government market, the marketing of cryptography and cybersecurity solutions, services and products to the relevant customers, to maximize the value of the customer base and market share, guaranteeing the profitability of the marketed solutions.

Threat Intelligence & Response

It ensures the delivery of services related to Threat Intelligence, including the analysis and verification of information on cyber threats, as well as the management and coordination of responses to cyber incidents, in connection with the competent Functions of TIM. The function also supports the evolution of cybersecurity services and products developed by the relevant corporate Functions, contributing technical, tactical, and operational information.

Engineering
Ensures, in coordination with the relevant Functions of TIM, the integrated processes of innovation, engineering, and implementation of cryptography and cybersecurity products and services to achieve excellence, concerning products and services of national interest, and foster the effectiveness of the commercial proposition. The Function also ensures, in coordination with the relevant Functions of TIM, the information technology services for the company and the coordination of relations with Universities/Research and Innovative Marketing entities.

Security & Compliance
It ensures the supervision of the processes relating to physical and logical security, Business Continuity, the prevention and contrast of fraud, and regulatory compliance. It also guarantees the evolution of the security architecture, the supervision of compliance and privacy processes, and support for audit processes. The Function also ensures the legal protection of the Company and the management of corporate obligations.

International Government Business Development
Operates for International Government Business Development activities, with the purpose of identifying, in conjunction with the relevant Corporate Functions and Companies of the TIM Group, opportunities in international markets for the Government customer segment, focusing on the commercial offerings of services and products for cryptography.

Human Resources
Ensures, in liaison with the competent Functions of TIM, the implementation of recruiting, people management, development, education, rewarding, and welfare policies. The Function also ensures the supervision of the prevention, safety and health of workers, labor relations, organizational implementation, and personnel administration using the support of the competent Functions of TIM. The Function also ensures demand management towards TIM for real estate and facility management processes.
